No, you don't need to be present during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with access to their spaces, allowing us to perform our services while they go about their day.

Our quote outlines the scope of work, costs, and services to be completed within the specified time frames. Additional services, known as "Add-Ons," can be requested with 48 hours' notice. These are any services outside of the approved quote and may incur additional charges.

Add-Ons refer to any services beyond the agreed-upon scope of work in your quote. To request an Add-On, please contact our office with your specific requirements. Employees are not authorised to deviate from the agreed scope of work without prior approval from management.

14. What is your payment policy, and what happens if payment is delayed?
Payment for our services is due on the day of the service. If payment is not received within 15 days, a 10% late fee may be applied, subject to management's discretion.

15. What is your lockout policy, and how can I ensure access for scheduled services?
To ensure access to your home, we prefer the use of lock boxes and codes to access keys. If we arrive for a scheduled service and cannot access your home, a 100% charge will apply. Please ensure clear access to your property to avoid this charge.

We recommend preparing your home by clearing personal items and tidying rooms before our arrival. This includes lifting chairs onto tables and stools. A prepared space allows us to do a more thorough job.

17. What is your cancellation policy, and are there fees for cancellations?
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Providing 48 hours' notice incurs no charges. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice result in a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations result in a 100% charge. If we can reschedule your time slot, fees may be waived at our discretion.

18. How do you handle scheduling changes for regular accounts that skip services?
For regular scheduled accounts, skipping services two or more times in a row may require an assessment of your property. Additional services may need to be added to the next cleaning session to maintain cleanliness.

19. What is your accepted payment method, and are there penalties for late payments?
Payment must be made by either direct deposit or cash on the day of the scheduled service. Cash payments should be placed in the provided envelope. If payment is more than 14 days late, a 10% fee may be applied at management's discretion.

20. What is your Covid and Illness Policy, and how does it affect service?
If anyone in your home is sick with a contagious illness, including Covid, please reschedule your cleaning. This policy helps prevent illness transfer between homes and ensures the well-being of our staff. For cancellations due to a positive Covid test, please provide a copy of the positive PCR test results to avoid cancellation fees.

21. Do you clean areas with bodily fluids, animal waste, or similar biohazards?
We do not clean animal cages, litter boxes, animal droppings, human or pet feces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing, or similar biohazards. While we clean around these items, we do not touch, move, or clean them.

Before your cleaning service arrives, it's a good practice to make your bed if your linens don't need to be washed. Leaving an unmade bed can add unnecessary work for your cleaning professional. However, if you require your linens to be cleaned, place them in an easily accessible location. If your cleaning service is expected to make your bed, ensure the linens are readily available for them.

To streamline the cleaning process, clear your kitchen and bathroom counters of any items. Assign designated spaces for items and ensure they are in their proper place. Even items like toothbrush holders and decorative items that usually sit on the counters should be temporarily removed, allowing your cleaner to work on the surfaces without hindrance.
